About
I'm Michelangelo, a Senior Consultant in Cloud Engineering at superluminar in Berlin. Lately I've been focused on agent infrastructure. Most of the work is still on AWS.
The route here wasn't a straight line. Two years teaching computer science in Cambodia, then retraining into engineering through BloomTech, three years as a public-sector Solutions Architect at AWS (Central SA, then NPO Research), some independent consulting, and eventually Berlin.
I write about what surprises me. Right now that's the layer above the harness: what breaks at the seams when one agent has to trust another, what identity and delegation actually mean across managed runtimes, and the measurements that would let any of this be engineered rather than asserted. Cloud sovereignty is the other thread I keep returning to.
Off-screen I'm on the road a lot: motorcycles, music festivals, bouldering. At home it's books and chess.
